With a background in law enforcement and years spent navigating high-security operations, I’ve seen it all—gaps in security, risks hiding in plain sight, and the “it’ll never happen to me” mindset (spoiler: it can!).

My 15 years of service in the NSW Police Force-culminating in the rank of Sergeant, shaped my ability to assess and respond to threats under pressure, while my roles at CTDI and the Powerhouse Museum deepened my skills in high-risk security operations, asset protection, and compliance.

 

At Transport for NSW, I led the design of complex emergency and incident response plans, sharpening my strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

 

As part of Bounce Readiness, I helped organisations prepare for the unexpected, delivering practical emergency, crisis and incident readiness and resilience strategies. These combined experiences have equipped me to identify vulnerabilities, implement tailored security solutions, and deliver peace of mind.
